THU Career Camp

The Trojan Horse was a Unicorn event usually takes place in the last week of September, so there are a lot of artists feeling its absence deeply this year. For many artists, the event is a valuable chance to mingle with some of the world’s best known studios and have the opportunity to receive portfolio reviews and interviews from members of their recruiting and art teams.

While COVID-19 prevents the Tribe meeting this year in person, Lenovo, Sony, Unreal Games, NVIDIA and ArtStation have partnered with THU to host the THU Career Camp (November 11-13) online. The free three-day online event will allow 2,000 artists boost their careers by meeting with top studios, participating in mentorships, attending skill and career development sessions and mingling with fellow artists at the Sony Oasis.

“When the Tribe started reaching out about their struggles, we knew that, even though there are no THU events this year, we had to do something that could give our community access to opportunities and all the magic that comes with the incredible THU network,” explained THU Founder André Luis.

Two Career Camp Passes will be available to THU Tribe members: one for them, and one to give to a friend. If you have attended a THU Main Event or THU Gathering you’ll be entitled to the two passes. If you’re not yet part of the Tribe, or don’t know a member you can also apply for a pass on the THU Career Camp site.

Studios that will be attending the THU Career Camp include: Atomhawk Studios, Axis Animation, Creative Assembly, ILM, King, Massive Entertainment, Mediatonic Games, Moon Active, nDreams, Nickelodeon, Outfit7, Playground Games, Polygon Pictures, Skydance, Sony Pictures Animation, Space Ape, Studio Gobo, Sumo Digital, Supercell, Techland, Ubisoft Blue Byte, Ubisoft Ivory Tower and more to be announced.

Visit the THU Career Camp site for more information about the event and how to apply for a pass.
