Anastasiy releases MagicPicker 4.0

Anastasiy has released MagicPicker 4.0: an update to its colour-picking tool for Photoshop and Illustrator. The plugin, used by artists at Disney, Marvel and Blizzard, adds a traditional colour wheel to its host application’s interface.

Version 4.0 of the software introduces a new colour temperature wheel, making it easy to pick only warm or cool hues; and updates the Tone Lock option, which preserves gamma while changing hue or saturation.

The user interface has also been overhauled, making colour swatches bigger, and there are a number of under-the-hood improvements, which you can read about via the link below.

MagicPicker 4.0 works with Photoshop and Illustrator CS3 and above on Windows and Mac OS X. It costs $19.
