Asim Steckel is a concept artist based in Hamburg, Germany. He has worked on projects such as Empire, Shadow Kings and Galaxy for Goodgame Studios and Das Schwarze Auge—Satinavs Ketten and the award-winning interactive children’s book “Living Stories: The Lost Heart” for Daedalic Entertainment.
Asim shares his concept process using CLIP STUDIO PAINT where he blocks out a throne-room in 3D, and then creates a lineart illustration of the scene which would be at home as a level design for an RPG. He also shares his observations on what CLIP STUDIO PAINT does well for concept artists.
