Connect, Collaborate and Challenge to Create at Syn Studio Gathering of Masters ‘17
The speaker list for the second edition of Syn Studio Gathering of Masters, Canada’s premier Concept Art festival has been finalised. Nathan Fowkes, Rasmus Poulsen and Raphael Lacoste will be joining Matt Rhodes, Karla Ortiz, Samantha Youssef, Ian McQue and Nivanh Chantara during the four day festival which features talks, workshops, speed painting battles and a cocktail party, among other fun and creative activities.
This event, which takes place from June 30 to July 3, 2017 is a great opportunity for concept artists to connect with the masters and each other to get valuable feedback on their artwork and insight into the field and their career path. The talks and workshops during the event are designed to facilitate maximum collaboration between the participants so they can work together and challenge themselves to push the boundaries of their illustration and design skills and create better art.

Concept artists and art directors from the video game, film, television and related industries as well as advanced students from around the world will be a part of the four day festival. Only 60 tickets are being sold for this event this year, making it very exclusive and ensuring that the participants get maximum access to the masters and benefit from their knowledge and experience. The event is presented by Syn Studio’s Concept Art Diploma Program and sponsored by Wacom and ArtStation.
