3DTotal has posted a free chapter from Custom Brushes: V2, its latest eBook on digital painting techniques.
Written by illustrator and concept artist Carlos Cabrera, the tutorial explains how to create custom Photoshop brushes for painting metal chains and stonework.
The full eBook runs to 48 pages, and includes articles by Nykolai Aleksander and Roberto F. Castro. It costs £9.95 (around $16.50), which includes 85 downloadable brushes from the tutorials.
