Theme

The theme of the next ArtStation Jam is In My Home.  This time, we’re inviting you to find a reference from somewhere in your home and recreate it in any style you choose.

This is your chance to try your hand at recreating something as accurately as you can or push a stylized twist on the most mundane object on your desk. Show us how the texture of the carpet in your living room, what’s in your pantry, or if you’re feeling ambitious – try doing an entire room!

For this Jam, all mediums are acceptable so feel free to get creative and don’t forget to include a photo of your reference in the project everyone can see them side by side!

FAQ

When is the deadline to complete the work?

ArtStation Jams are fun prompts to help you create work for your portfolio. There’s no deadline but we will be announcing a new ArtStation Jam every few weeks.

Can I just tag old work that fits the theme?

We discourage doing this so that it makes it easier for artists who are participating in the Jam to find and connect with other artists taking part.

Can I make a 3D model of another artist’s entry?

We recommend reaching out to the artist for permission directly. ArtStation cannot grant permission to other artists’ work.
