Marketplace Wishlist and Buyer/Seller Messaging
Selling and shopping on ArtStation just got a whole lot better. This week, we’re excited to release some much-requested features that will make it easier to build a product collection and communicate about products.
Save It for Later
Found products you love but can’t buy them right now? ArtStation just released a wishlist functionality on the Marketplace and Prints so you can create a personalized collection of products you want to save for later.
To add a product to your Wishlist, just click on the heart icon next to the “Add to Cart” button on a product page.
You can review your Wishlist at any time by clicking the heart icon in your top right menubar.
Buyer / Seller Communications
Marketplace sellers and buyers now have an easier way of communicating about recently purchased products.
Sellers have the option of messaging buyers directly from their Order on the Sales Report page and buyers can message sellers from the modal on the product page.
You can sort and find messages related to Marketplace products with the Marketplace tab. The product or order that the message came from appears at the top of the thread so you can effortlessly keep track of conversations.
