Asobo Studio A Plague Tale: Innocence Art Blast
We have the great pleasure to show artworks we’ve produced to create A Plague Tale: Innocence. This game tells the grim story of two siblings fighting together for survival in the darkest hours of 14th century France ravaged by plague, inquisition and hordes of rats.
This was definitely one of the greatest and thrilling challenges we’ve ever faced at Asobo Studio. Creating a new IP is always tricky. We took heavy inspiration from the medieval vestiges we have here in south west France to build our own visual identity. The 14th century architectural style is somehow a good summary of the visual journey we’ve crafted for the game: crude and elegant.
We really put all our heart into creating this game and I’m sincerely proud of the work accomplished by the team.
