Industry Workshops London August 18-21

Industry Workshops (IW) returns in 2016 with a great new venue in The Truman Brewery which is home to fashion shows and food markets in the heart of East London. IW_16 is one of Europe’s biggest VFX education events with 450+ attendees and will feature:

Also included in the ticket price are free beers from some of the best craft breweries in East London, speciality coffee and amazing breakfasts made from Cafe Embassy East of Hoxton.

Game artists

CD Projekt Red artists will talk about how they create the amazing characters and monsters in The Witcher 3 from concept to models, and top game artists including Nick Grindaux from Naughty Dog, Aaron Beck from Infinity Ward, Tobias Mannewitz, Creative Director of Karakter and Emmy Award winner for Game of Thrones,  and Thomas Scholes will share their big project knowledge.

Live events

IW_16 will have a live Learn Squared chat on Thursday night, 18th August to see what makes Ash Thorp and Jama Jurabaev excited about learning, and fans of the Collective Podcast will see a live Collective Podcast with Ash Thorp and Mike Hill recorded and streamed from the event.
