Tank Concept Sketching with James Paick

James Paick is the founder and Creative Director at Scribble Pad Studios with over 15 years of design experience. His clients range from Riot Games, Naughty Dog, EA, Sony, Respawn, Epic Games, Activision, NCSoft, Crystal Dynamics, Magic the Gathering and many many more. James also heads up Brainstorm School in partnership with John J Park.

James has been prolific recently with a WW2-inspired collection of scenes, characters and vehicles. He recently took the Mischief challenge to explore its features as he sketched a modern-era tank using Made with Mischief’s Mischief drawing app.

To see the fine detail that James achieves, tap on the YouTube logoto see the video in the Default View at 720p resolution.

James has provided his native Mischief file (Paick_tank_demo.art) to explore. You can open the Mischief file in the free version of Mischief as well as the trial and full versions. If you’re using the trial or free versions, the layers in the file will be flattened when you open it, but if you have the full version of Mischief it will automatically open the file as the full layered version.
